No Cancellation Policy :

At Tales Of Gulkaari,Ā we do not support cancellations in general. However, in rare cases of genuine confusion or change of mind ā€” and only if the order has not yet been shipped ā€” you may raise a cancellation request. Kindly note that accepting or rejecting such requests is at the sole discretion of our brand team.

We understand that plans can change. So,

  1. You may request a cancellation withinĀ 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasnā€™t been packed or dispatched yet. Once the order has been shipped from our end, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.
  2. To request a cancellation, please contact us at gulkaari.tales@gmail.comĀ as soon as possible with your order details. If your request reaches us in time, weā€™ll do our best to assist you promptly.
  3. Each Gulkaari saree is prepared with immense care, and your understanding helps us honour the love and effort behind every piece. šŸŒ¾

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges :

At Tales of Gulkaari, each saree is a work of art ā€” often intricately handwoven and crafted with deep-rooted tradition and care. Due to the delicate nature of our creations and most of the times made-to-order or limited-edition weaving process involved, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchangesĀ on orders once placed.

  1. However, your satisfaction is equally important to us.Ā If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach us out atĀ gulkaari.tales@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order detailsĀ within 24Ā hours of delivery with clear images and order details along with video of package opening at the time of arrival till the product is completely shown. After successful verification, we will be happy to exchange the item for the same design (subject to availability), or offer store credit if the item is out of stock.
  2. Please note, we currentlyĀ do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges for international ordersĀ due to logistical constraints.
