Made-to-Order Sarees: If your saree is marked as Made-to-Order, it requires approximately 15–28 working days for dispatch, depending on the current production queue and order volume. These sarees involve special hand techniques, detailed handwork and careful finishing, and therefore require additional time for production.
Once Dispatched: Your order will typically reach you within 2–8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Returns & Refunds
We do not support returns, refunds, or exchanges in general. However, in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to verification.
Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

Such natural handmade variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Our handcrafted sarees should not be compared with machine-made, mass-produced sarees, where uniformity is mechanically controlled. These subtle imperfections are part of the character and beauty of a handcrafted saree. 🪷
