Disclaimer:

  1. The stitched blouse worn by the model/client is not a part of the saree ❤️
  2. The video & pictures are taken in natural lights however there can be slight color differences due to digital photography or different screen resolutions ✨
  3. The sarees are made with powerloom + handloom efforts hence due to human interventions there can be slight imperfections which are the beauty of such products such as extra thread appearance, glitters showing on some places ❤️
  4. The gotapatti lace work is done by hands and due to it being heavy layers may result in a few wrinkles on the saree borders due to the stitching process 🥰
  5. The sarees are made with zari threads which have tendency to appear with strong golden tinge in sunlight or warm lights making the color appear more brighter vs deeper in cool toned lights and is a common phenomenon in tissue/zari thread related fabrics 🌸

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Orders: Once your order is successfully placed, it is usually shipped within 3–8 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. We ship on business days, excluding Sundays and government/national/state holidays.
  • Made-to-Order Sarees: If your saree is marked as Made-to-Order, it requires approximately 15–28 working days for dispatch, depending on the current production queue and order volume. These sarees involve special hand techniques, detailed handwork and careful finishing, and therefore require additional time for production.
  • Once Dispatched: Your order will typically reach you within 2–8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, peak order periods, or due to unforeseen delays from our logistics partners.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not support returns, refunds, or exchanges in general. However, in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to verification.
  • Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
  • Handcrafted Details: Please note that certain sarees feature hand-stitched Ghungroo work, intricate handwork and other artisan techniques. Since these details are completed by hand, minor variations, slight irregularities or subtle differences in placement and finishing may naturally occur. These are inherent to the handmade process and reflect the craftsmanship and effort of the weavers/artisans.
  • Such natural handmade variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Our handcrafted sarees should not be compared with machine-made, mass-produced sarees, where uniformity is mechanically controlled. These subtle imperfections are part of the character and beauty of a handcrafted saree. 🪷
  • We also do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences or subjective expectations, including preferences related to colour, fabric feel, drape, weave, border, lace, handwork, design or overall appearance, provided the product received is as described and free from damage or manufacturing defects.
  • We encourage you to carefully review the product description, fabric details, images, measurements and made-to-order/dispatch timeline before placing your order. Our team is always happy to clarify any product-related questions before you purchase. ❤️
